Error: "Macro may not be available or all macros be disabled"
This is a rare issue and is due to Excel permissions.
Solution:
1. If using a 64-bit version of Excel, move the Statement Converter .xla file to the 32-bit folder. For example:
instead of: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15
install in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15
and then add the new folder as a "Trusted Location" in the Trust Center:
Excel 2013 > Options > Trust Center > Trusted Locations > Add location
(in the Description field, you may optionally want to note "for Statement Converter")
2. Ensure that Excel allows macros to be run:
Excel 2013 > Options > Trust Center > Macro Settings > checkmark "Enable all macros"
